“There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing choices and bad attitudes” – Gil Hallows

According to research Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) affects 4.7 percent of the population in New York City with higher rates of individuals experiencing the lesser form termed Winter Blues. Sunlight, exercise, mindfulness practices, and connecting with others through enjoyable experiences has been shown to mitigate the symptoms of this phenomena. As such, Legacy will be hosting a 4-month Winter Cityscape series that will take place during those chilly winter months in New York.
