Field & Programming Team
Providing the most effective residential treatment and Wilderness Therapy requires creating the most engaged team of professionals in the field. Our program and field directors model and uphold a culture characterized by the core values of integrity, compassion, personal growth, and having a “Heart at Peace.” Legacy places an emphasis on recruiting, training, and retaining experienced Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare Professional Guides. It is a necessity that Legacy and Juniper Canyon guides possess the skills required to lead adventures, facilitate treatment goals and provide loving care for our clients.
